Due to the nature of our products and because of health code rules and regulations, most item(s) cannot be returned unless defective. Defective item(s) will be exchanged for the same item only within 30 days of purchase and must be accompanied by the invoice.
Exceptions to the above policy are clothing items. Please try on the main portion of your item to ensure it fits properly. We are happy to accept returns of items in new and unworn condition. Undergarments must be in unopened packaging or still attached to the main item. Clothing will be exchanged for the appropriate size or store credit in the form of a coupon code minus the cost of shipping. All exchanges must be done within 30 days of purchase and must be accompanied by the invoice.
All returns must be pre-approved through our Returns Department, where a Return Authorization (RA) number will be provided. This RA number must be on the invoice and on the address label. The customer is responsible for any return shipping costs. To ship your return back to us, we strongly recommend adding delivery confirmation and/or signature confirmation to your return shipments so you can be sure it was delivered back to 8(ATE), LLC as we will not be responsible for any packages lost in shipment.

We will not process any returns that are dirty, badly broken, or obviously tampered with. Upon review of the returned item, the customer will forfeit any product replacement, shipping costs, or cash value if it is found to have not been defective.
